Mirage M-16 over-sized training balls are better than weighted training baseballs because they use air rather than weight for resistance negating the damage that weighted training baseballs typically cause to expensive bats. These 16 inch training softballs are ideal for training young baseball and softball players to swing through the ball to improve power hitting. These over-sized training balls are great for tee work, short toss, soft toss – and are very light weight allowing coaches to easily take them to baseball practices, games and tournaments
